The process is very simple. First, you choose the t-shirts' color and size and pay for the t-shirt(s). Once the t-shirt(s) is paid for, you will get an email form in which you will have the option to choose your formation and then the players for each position in your desired formation. You will submit the form and get a proof with your desired design by way of email. You can either accept the proof if you are satisfied or decline if there are issues. Once accepted, please allow 1-2 business days for shipping and handling.

We cannot accept any returns since the products are custom made-to-order. You can always cancel your order prior to accepting the proof (please see the "How does this work" section of the FAQ page to learn more about the proof).

You can choose any formation you'd like, but there are some guidelines to follow:

• You must have a goalkeeper
• You must have a total of eleven players, no more and no less
• You must have at least one defender, one midfielder, and one forward. Ex.: you cannot have 5 defenders and 5 forwards.
• You can place your players anywhere on the pitch, regardless of position. Ex.: you can put Messi on defence if you'd like.

You can choose any active or retired player. You can also choose to place non-professional players on the design. Ex.: you can choose to place your youth club team on the design.
